Writing New Year\u2019s Resolutions is an old and well-known tradition. Catherine recalls being about 12 when she began the annual, reflective ritual which she has continued ever since. Usually, one writes personal goals of one kind or another. Instead, a worthy challenge each year is to create resolutions for the soul \u2013 both personal and collective \u2013 resolutions to support both the individual soul as well as \u2018Anima Mundi,\u2019 the soul of the world. Here we create individual resolutions to support our soul\u2019s growth, and also heart-felt resolutions to help our world and planet today. As Ushio Amagatzu, Master of Bhutoh, Japanese dance, has said, \u201cThe soul is the important thing. Form will follow.\u201d<\/p>\n
