Accessing and communicating with the inner visionary is a universal way of healing and transformation. An important tool for staying in touch with your inner Self, with its wider perspective, is to cultivate and deepen an inner awareness. Deep listening is more than simply recalling what you know, but trusting an inner voice reflecting intuitive insight. All that is required is to be still and attentive, not to what the ego desires but to the soul’s calling. This workshop features short, focused journaling exercises and practices from Catherine Ann Jones’ new book, Heal Your Self with Writing.
