Inner peace is a journey without distance to a never-ending goal. Fate is what is given, i.e., family of origin, culture. We adapt in order to belong, sometimes even to survive. Destiny is what is possible. Why stop something that wants to come through you into the world? It may be a calling of the soul. Discover your personal myth and what calls to you now. Short writing prompts and visualizations are offered to inspire a deeper dialogue with the Self.

Catherine Ann Jones holds a graduate degree in Depth Psychology and Archetypal Mythology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She has also studied shamanism in India as a Fulbright Research Scholar. She has taught for Pacifica, the New School University, University of Southern California, and the Esalen and Omega Institutes.
